Processing and Shipping:
We are operating as normal until further notice. Standard processing time generally takes 3-5 business days, but due to the unfortunate circumstances regarding Covid-19 the processing time may be extended. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience with any delays you may experience with your order.
All members of the Elora Lane team are taking extra precautions when handling packages. All team members are required to wear gloves when handling any products and/or packages. Hand sanitizer, Sanitizing Wipes, and Cleaning disinfectants are used throughout the work day to ensure all areas are completely clean and sanitized.

Returns:
Due to the current situation regarding Covid-19, we are expanding our rerturn window to 30 days from the original date of purchase made from 08/01/2020-12/31/2020. If you would like to start a return for an order placed please visit our return policy here:
